Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
We will exchange or refund products provided that:
• There is valid proof of purchase
• It is returned within 5 days of purchase
• It is in its original packaging and in factory selling condition
• it is unused
This Policy does NOT apply to items on SALE/PROMOTION. In the interest of hygiene standards, certain products will not be refunded or exchanged.
Promotional Bundles
When items are purchased as part of a package deal, and only part of the bundle is returned, the bundle discount is void, and the total bundle discount will be deducted from the refund.
Gift Cards / Laybys / Vouchers
There will be no refunds.
Defective Items
Item must be returned within 5 days after customer has received delivery. Should the items be defected after our technical department has assest the item, Circulution will refund the customer the courier charges provided that there is a valid proof of payment.
Damaged Items due to Negligence
Item must be returned back to head office. Circulution will charge 50% of original price of the item and will replace the item within 7 working days of receiving the item. All requests regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds, please contact the Customer Service Department via email customercare@circulution.co.za
